What instrument(s) do you play, and how long have you been studying music?
I sing and play guitar, and I’ve been a student at Tempo Allegro School of Music since 2016!
What inspired you to start playing music?
I loved singing from a really young age, and my parents decided to pop me into vocal and guitar lessons with Michelle and Damian at Tempo Allegro.
What do you enjoy most about your lessons with your teacher/s at Tempo Allegro?
Tempo feels like my second home. I have such a great time singing with Michelle, and I’ve learned so much along the way. I’ve even had industry professionals compliment my technique, thanks Michelle!
What’s been your proudest musical achievement so far?
There have been lots of proud moments, but recently I got to open for Lee Kernaghan and Max Jackson here on the Sunshine Coast. I’m also supporting another country music headliner later this year, so keep an eye out!
What’s your favourite song to play, and why?
My favourite song changes nearly every week, but whenever I pick up my guitar, I usually play something country and a little red dirt.
What advice would you give to new music students?
Don’t ever quit something you love.
What’s next for you in your music journey?
Hopefully Nashville one day soon… 🤠🎶
