What instrument(s) do you play, and how long have you been studying music?
I have been learning the Piano at Tempo Allegro for 5 years. I have also played the flute for 2 years, both through school and orchestra.
What do you enjoy most about your lessons with your teacher at Tempo Allegro?
I love learning to play harder pieces and getting to do exams and Eisteddfods.
What’s been your proudest musical achievement so far?
Being asked to play Via Dolorosa on piano at the whole school assembly for the Easter service in 2023, in front of about 1300 students and staff. I was nervous but was told I played really well.
What’s your favourite song to play, and why?
Currently I am loving Fur Elise and learning the more technical aspects.
What advice would you give to new music students?
Go in with an open mind, practice regularly and have fun!
