What instrument(s) do you play, and how long have you been studying music?
I have been learning the Guitar at Tempo Allegro for 5 years. I have also played the trombone for 2 years, both through school and orchestra.
What do you enjoy most about your lessons with your teacher at Tempo Allegro?
I enjoy getting feedback about my playing and using this to improve. I really love some of the classical guitar pieces I am learning at the moment too.
What’s been your proudest musical achievement so far?
Winning third place at an Eisteddfod and also playing at special family events.
What’s your favourite song to play, and why?
There are a few special pieces, but I really enjoy playing ‘Andante in C’ and ‘Study in A minor’. These have a lovely melody.
What advice would you give to new music students?
Stick it out even when it’s hard as it’s a great instrument to play!
